Contracts are the backbone of our business and in order to best serve and protect our clients, we need to have a deep understanding of these forms and how to use them. This course will take a deep dive into the Agreement for the Sale of Real Estate and some of the common addenda. This course uses the Pennsylvania Association of Realtors® (PAR) forms.
